Sage's Birthday Key Lime Pie

Sage loves key lime pie. When we lived in New Zealand I couldn't find key limes so I made a lemon lime pie instead. Now that we are in Hawaii I was going to make him the pie for his birthday and wondered if I would be able to find key limes. My mom and I were shopping at Safeway and just when we went to check out there was a bag of key limes sitting next to the register. What are the odds? I feel August had something to do with putting those there.

Mini Macarons

Our shop has turned into a macaron factory. We are now making macarons and mini macaron cups for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf  locations on Oahu as well as on the neighbor islands. This  cup is showing blue- Tahitian vanilla, white- fruity pebbles, pink- strawberry, yellow- pineapple, light blue with pink swirl- cotton candy, and tan- cookies and cream.

We made special flavors just for Valentine's Day- Death by Chocolate, Chocolate Marshmallow, Vanilla Rose, and Chocolate Dipped Strawberry. Some popular flavors that were also available were Red Velvet, Salted Caramel, Cotton Candy and Mocha. Our cupcakes and macarons sold out!
