Irish Cream Truffles
I saw some truffles in a patisserie last week and decided to make my own. These are made with Lindt 70% dark chocolate, heavy cream and Bailey's Irish Cream liquor. They were really easy to make. We rolled them in powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
