I love apples all year round. My favorites are Fuji, Honeycrisp, Cripps Pink, and Ambrosia. I use Granny Smith for baking if I'm going for more of a tart flavor. Cranberry, oatmeal, cinnamon and walnut are great flavors to pair with apples.
